What your listing should include

Complete, current details are reviewed and published faster. Have these ready before you start the form.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. RentVerified may reject listings that are incomplete, unclear, outdated or cannot be reasonably checked.

Include living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, exterior/building and view where relevant.

Share a folder link with clear property photos. Photos can also be shared later when RentVerified contacts you.

For multiple photos, please share a folder link rather than individual files.

Listing authority and confirmation

These confirmations protect renters and keep enquiry routing clear.
